2. Payment Terms

The pricing for our services is project-based. A detailed quote will be provided after the initial consultation and needs assessment.
**2.2 Payment Schedule:**

**2.3 Refunds:**
Payments are generally non-refundable except under specific conditions agreed upon in the project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final work. However, we reserve the right to use any work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless specifically agreed otherwise.
**3.2 Copyright Materials:**
The client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided for inclusion in the service are either owned by the client or that the client has permission to use them.
4. Liability and Warranties
**4.1 Limitation of Liability:**
Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
**4.2 Warranties:**
We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not make any other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the point of termination.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
